These terms are a working draft for our early-access period. A signed agreement will govern any paid or production use of SignalFlow.
About these terms
These terms apply to metonlabs.space and to early-access use of SignalFlow, the desktop app built by Meton Labs, a software company based in Vietnam. Contact: [email protected].
Early access
- SignalFlow is pre-release software. Features may change, and some are still in testing, as listed on our home page.
- Early access is free unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- We may end early access at any time. We will give reasonable notice where we can.
Your content and accounts
- You own the content you create with SignalFlow. We claim no rights to it.
- You are responsible for what you publish, and for having permission to manage every brand and social account you connect.
- Every post requires your approval before publishing. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated drafts for accuracy and suitability.
- You must follow the terms of each platform and AI provider you use with SignalFlow, including Meta, Google and OpenAI.
Acceptable use
Do not use SignalFlow to publish spam, misleading or unlawful content, to impersonate others, or to get around a platform's rules or rate limits.
No warranty
SignalFlow is provided as is during early access. We work to prevent errors such as duplicate or missed posts, but we cannot guarantee that the software is free of defects or that third-party platforms will always accept a post.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Meton Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from early-access use of SignalFlow, including lost revenue or lost data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.
