Who we are
Meton Labs is a software company based in Vietnam that builds SignalFlow, a desktop app for planning, reviewing and publishing social media content. Once our company is registered in Vietnam, we will add its registered name, tax code and address to this page. You can reach us at [email protected].
This website
- No forms, accounts or tracking. metonlabs.space has no sign-up form, no advertising pixels and no analytics cookies.
- Language preference. If you choose a language, your browser stores that choice locally (localStorage). It never leaves your device.
- Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.
- Fonts and libraries. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and a 3D graphics library from cdnjs (operated by Cloudflare). Those services receive your IP address when they deliver these files.
When you email us
Mail sent to [email protected] or [email protected] is forwarded to our team inbox. We use your email address and message only to reply to you and to manage early-access requests. We do not sell or share it, and we delete early-access requests that do not lead to a working relationship within 24 months.
The SignalFlow app
- Runs on your computer. Your brands, drafts, schedules and media records are stored locally on your Mac.
- Credentials stay local. Tokens for the platforms you connect, such as a Facebook Page, are stored in a file only your user account can read. The app interface never reads them, and SignalFlow never copies browser cookies or passwords.
- AI providers you choose. When you ask SignalFlow to draft content, your prompt and brand context are sent to the AI provider you select, such as Google Gemini or OpenAI, under that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
- Social platforms you connect. Approved posts are sent to the platforms you connect through their official APIs, under those platforms' terms.
- No data comes to us by default. SignalFlow does not send your content or credentials to Meton Labs. If you share logs or screenshots with us for support, we use them only to fix your issue.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. We handle personal data in line with Vietnam's personal data protection law and, for people in the European Union, the GDPR.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be announced on the home page.
